100-Day Returns

We offer a 100-day return policy, meaning you have 100 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Items must be in resellable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used filter cartridges or consumables
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper installation

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order

UK & EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you if your refund is approved
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Bundles & Promotions

For bundle purchases:

  • Items must be returned as a complete set for a full refund
  • Partial returns may result in adjusted refunds based on individual item value

For promotional offers (e.g. multi-buy deals):

  • Refunds may be adjusted to reflect the original offer terms

  • Returns, warranties, and support apply only to items purchased directly from Rockpure.co.uk or authorised resellers
  • We cannot support or verify products purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers
